About Me

Maggie Connors is one of two PWHL player from Newfoundland and Labrador. The St. John's native burst onto the pro scene after four successful years at Princeton University, where she was the youngest player taken in the inaugural draft to the Toronto Sceptres. Internationally, she’s represented Canada at multiple levels, including winning bronze at the 2018 IIHF U18 World Championships, competing with the U22 Development Team, and suiting up for the National Women’s Team in the 2023-2024 Rivalry Series. Off the ice, Maggie is passionate about giving back to her community and is committed to growing women’s hockey throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Due to high demand in the U11 and U13 age groups last year, we will be offering two sections for each of these divisions to accommodate more athletes while maintaining a high level of instruction.

Goalies are welcome and encouraged to attend! Dedicated goalie instruction will be provided by Kelsey Shute, an experienced goalie coach who will work with goaltenders throughout both camps.

Both camps will be held at CBS Arena.

  • Across three and a half days, athletes will develop the same core skills that helped Maggie and Abby rise to the Professional Women’s Hockey League and represent Hockey Canada on the international stage.

    Campers will receive:

    • 6 hours of elite on-ice skill development (skating, shooting, puck control, and more)

    • 3 hours of structured off-ice training

    • 1 hour of competitive small-area games

    • Exclusive education sessions covering Maggie and Abby’s journey, mindset, and what it truly takes to become a professional women’s hockey player

This camp is a complete development experience designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and strengthen belief.

Whether your athlete is just beginning their hockey journey or preparing for the next competitive level, this camp delivers high-tempo instruction, meaningful personal interaction, and inspiration that fuels their journey on and off the ice.
